I present my version of Nocturna Models 70mm Viking raid.
Painted in acrylics and inks.
I wanted to keep the colour palette earthy and subdued/muted.
I also wanted to use different textures on the leather work.
This figure was a pleasure to paint and my first one from this manufacturer.

Love this. You have captured the feeling of how I imagine such a character would look on campaign. The different materials and textures look good.

Nicely done, the subdued colouring has worked out well, its a style that I have grown to like but that I am still trying to achieve, unfortunately I still tend to fall slightly onto the brighter side of the colouring, nice looking figure as well.
