    Hi Guys,

Some hazy pics of my latest 120mm figure, Warburton's Rgt, Nova Scotia, 1747, based on the attached pic. Sculpted in Milliput over a resin torso and wire armatures, still lots of detailing to add. Hopefully, better pics to follow, as it progresses!

    Thanks for looking(y)

    Hi Steve

What a great subject to choose and good start , happy news for those that do full figures

There's a lot of potential subjects from this period of history , there a good Osprey book on Canadian Campaigns

Where is the illustration from ....possibly a card set ?

    Thanks for sharing

    Happy sculpting

I think that maybe it's a Don Troiani sheet.

On the version I posted, there looks like the signature RLG, or possibly C - not apparent on Nap's version with a background...(y)

    Hi guys,

Some further progress on this one. Most of the work done, now onto all the detailing and adding the fiddly bits!

Nice work Steve. Coincidentally, I am just reading "Redcoats Along The Hudson", which mentions this regiment (45th of Foot - Nottinghamshire).

Ah, King George's War! We took Louisbourg but had to give it back in the peace. Very cool subject (no pun intended, but I'll take it)!

    Prost!
