Pegaso Mailing Address?

    Does anyone have a contact address for Pegaso? I used to have M.Bruno's e.mail address but seem to have lost it......there is no way of contacting them anywhere on their website or it is so well hidden that I just couldn't find it.

    I placed an order with them which was dispatched via Italia post on 31st August with a tracking number which sends back the following message. It is quite high value and I am amazed at the inability to inform Pegaso or solicit their assistance.

    Any help would be appreciated. I normally order Pegaso from the UK but their Kimera colours sell out so quickly I felt it necessary to order directly from Italy.

    We have not received any updates from the courier for over 30 days. Please contact the shipper immediately if you still have not yet received the parcel.

    I am always suspicious when companies make contact so difficult.
    I am going off Pegaso more and more by the day.
    Overpriced, overhyped and mediocre quality.

    I don't think it's quite fair to say that, in this case. Pegaso has the contact links on their front page, as I noted above. True, perhaps they should be listed a heading of "Contact US", instead of under "About Us". But that's less a sign of a deliberate attempt to deceive people and more of a sign of poor website design.

    I had excellent service from Pegaso when I had an issue recently. I notice a lot of smack talk about Pegaso floating around. They are still the best in my opinion. There’s not a single figure in their catalog that isn’t at least good. Many many more are absolutely legendary.

    I have had no problems with pegaso in the past and like most on here have nothing but admiration for the company, the team and their products, in fact my display cabinets are full of their creations.

    I have every confidence that my problem will be resolved, the only issue l had was in difficulty in locating contacts on their new look website.
