1. Woenno Morskoj Fljot (Navy, see cap above!)
2. Baltiskij Fljot (Baltic / Baltic Sea Fleet)
3. Sevemorskij Fljot (White Sea Fleet)
4. Chernomorskij Fljot (Black Sea Fleet)
5. Tichookeanskij Fljot (Pacific Fleet)

At the ends of the hat band there were two golfer-colored anchors
