These are just meant to keep them from defecting - you can't run fast or far with a ton of metal on your body...

I always thought that everyone has long known that this picture is the result of a fake in Photoshop. It turns out that not all. )

Not sure if this is the original, but at least it's close to other similar images.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that these generals have awards not in the form of reduced rectangular planks of order ribbons, but in full size, which is why they occupy so much space in front of the uniform. But as you can see, they still do not hang them on their legs, arms and other parts of the body. If we compare with some other order-bearing people, then by the number of rectangular ribbons, you can see that they have much more orders and medals. And if these Koreans, despite the fact that the country has not been fighting orders for 60 years and medals have been awarded for certain merits, then some modern representatives of different countries can see fabulous rewards and combinations, including among the lying veterans of World War II war, as well as among the modern "Cossacks" and the clergy.

The theme of fake awards is very extensive, and most often it is necessary to consider each case separately. Otherwise, there simply will not be enough time to do an analysis of the entire variety of fake order bearers.

Compare these modern "Cossacks" (the boy with the medals is especially impressive - just a future fake veteran) with the Cossacks at the Victory Parade in Moscow in 1945.
