    Looks to be early, as those uniforms had the stiff collars, and lace trim on the pants was characteristic of Hungarian units. Seems there were some variations on collar height. Not sure, but maybe the star here is oversize? Higher ranks were able to fit one star above the other. Single star on collar indicates Gefreiter rank (lance-corporal).

    Like what I see so far, but am assuming the project is still a work in progress?

    You can also add the shoulder roll on the right side shoulder strap - this was an aid when having the rifle slung on the shoulder.
