    Thanks very much for the comments. To answer a couple of things, I have to say that, indeed Ivan Pirates of the Caribbean was a great influence, but I did decide to do some research and found that there were indeed Sikh and Indian Pirates in the 1700’s and unbelievably with almost the same name The one from the film is Sri Sumbahjee, this guy is Sumbahjee Angri a real pirate of the period, in fact his brother and father were all pirates of the period.
