Here's a few shots of the completed gunfighter. The only thing left is to attach the spurs. Should have this vignette finished and some pics up by the end of the week. As always, thanks for looking.

Great piece Jason and I'm sure it would look even more "in place" once they are attached to the base and finished........

I have been admiring your work on this since the begining. Cant wait to see it done. This figure looks as good as the barman, I love the way you have weathered the lower part of the pants and coat.

Jason my friend, simply outstanding! Just can't wait to see him in the vignette. I see one tiny little thing though, do you think the color of his shirt colar sticking out at his neck, vs the color of his vest are too close? I, know I know, I'm TOTALY nit-pickin' here, but I wonder if the shirt might look better with a touch more contrast to the vest (maybe a lighter color?). Not that I can do any better, just my own crapy opinion gettin' in the way here!

Looks real nice as your work always does, Jason. I can't remember if you said you'd be in Atlanta this weekend. I hope to see you and this vignette if you can make it.

    Thanks for your comments!
Jay - Thanks! I think it may be in part the photo, but I'll go back and retouch the highlights on his shirt collar, see if I can't make it pop a bit more.
Matt - Yes, I'll be in Atlanta this weekend. See you there! BTW, saw your completed Napoleon bust on your site. Looks good!

Fantastic paint Jason. The blacks and shades of grey are just about the finest I've seen.

    Fantastic!

I love it! you have painted the real colors Lee van Cleff used to wear in his westerns. I think you have done very well with the shadow on the face.
I´m very glad, even more because this is one of my figures. Thank you for chose it.

Thanks for the kind words! I'll be posting pics of the finished piece tonight or tomorrow.

Alfonso - This is your sculpt then? I'm glad you like it. Thank you for providing such a great figure to work with, it makes the painting easier! These two figures are some of the best 54mm's I've ever laid a brush to.
