Hi guys. Just wanted to show you my latest scratch vignette. Horses are converted and some commercial parts were used for the figures(very little). All other is scratch. It depicts the Novgorod Cuirassiers in the campaign of 1812 and it's in 54mm. Hope you like it and thanks for looking

Wow Stephen, what a nice vignette this is! Great animation of horses and riders and I like the subdued and subtle colour palette.

Only one remark: the right jaw of the horse with the cuirassier pointing his sword seems to be painted in its base colour only...

Grat work Stephen, Superb! I like it very much, especially the wounded man, all the scene is dinamic and dramatic. The painting work is really high level, as well as the scratch work, very fine.

I've already told you what I think of this when I saw it earlier at club (y)

But it can do with some more deserved & justified praise on the net  (y)

Awesome & Inspiring work on both fronts bro (y) :awesome:

And I remembered just now that I saw it when you brought it over in its unpainted form, as I remember asking you if the horses were Historex & you gave me the same answer you gave just before of the above post :ROFLMAO:

BTW......equally great pics  :awesome: (y)

    Wow Steve:

Beautifully converted 54mm figures. . . But Oh my I would love to see about
8 or 10 more photos of this lovely vignette. And BTW, the photographs are
very nice pictures. Really like the background or backdrop. . . as that tone
and shade goes so well with your subtle colour choices of the figures
    themselves.

Re more photos. The wounded cavalryman has his weapon strapped to the
wrist of his right hand. But in none of the photos can I see the weapon, only
that red strap that is very prominant. How about some shots from
an angle behind. Oh please let us see more views of this
    spectacular piece. Please. . . :):)(y)(y)(y)(y)
