    Just a little reminder.........

Ah Marijn, you've done it again!

This is indeed Art with a capital A! It does what all good topical art should do: make us think! I understand your desire to get back to doing people. But I think this kind of project does our hobby good. Now if only I could GET AWAY from having to do commercial stuff!! (okay, I do have some "interesting" projects waiting on the wings)

Marijn, you are my hero! This kind of thing makes you one of the most important modelers in our hobby. Period!

    You ROCK!!

    Mike

I was originally going to the Darlington show Marijn..but now it looks a little doubtful, which is a shame as I haven't been there before and would also really enjoy meeting up with you again...I'll get there if I possibly can.

Sorry for the very late reply guys, and thanks a lot for the comments!

Marc, thanks, but I sencerely hope I will have some very though competition. Always better to see some great figures and learn something new than to win a medal...

Thanks Anders! There are some metallics (metalcote graphite-based paint) and of course gloss and satin varnish on it, but the colours are all painted on with tamiya transperant acrylics. They are more subdued in reality though, and have rainbow-colours while only the red and green shows clearly in the pics.

Thanks Stephen! Nice to have some long-time fans... :)

Johan, smeert hem maar op uw boterham, waar hij beter tot z'n recht komt! :)

Mike and Gary, although I of course cannot agree, you are really making me blush now! :) Thanks!

    Best wishes!

    Marijn
