Captain Kloss (Kapitan Kloss) is a fictional World War II secret agent appearing in the 18-episode 1967–1968 Polish television series Stawka większa niż życie (Direct Translation: A Stake Larger Than Life). It was, and still is, widely popular in Poland.

    More information is in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Kloss_(fictional_character)

This is of course a work in progress - so more pictures and details will follow :). I started to sculpt this one during SMC and the Chicago show - so some of you could see me with photos of this guy scattered around my table ;).

Looks nice. Well... don't forget the great 'Captain Kloss' twenty comics/comic book by Zbych & Wisniewski from 1971 (about 700 pages, one of my favourite comic books). I know it isn't about his face known from the TV series but it also should be mentioned ;-). Great you sculpt him!

    Cheers,

    Martin

Lovely sculpt. A Polish friend I work with told me all about about Kloss so it's nice to see this. I'm looking forward to showing him it.

Very nice sculpting! Suggest widening the jowls and lower part of the chin just a little.

    All the best,
    Dan

Martin - you are right comics were draw after theater, book and film... :) Good to know that it was more widely know than in Poland :).
Roger -> Thank you :), it is great to hear than also foreigners know its story :)
Dan -> Yes, his face is still in the development :) Especially eyes, chin, upper lips as well as wrinkles and hairs... :)

Please find attached a little bit of progress here - the bottom part (uniform) is almost finished - a medals bar and iron cross will be added (as well as a minor polishing)... in terms of his hat goggles still to be added...
