Zulu War 24th Foot figures are widely modelled, but cavalry less so. This figure is a conversion of one of Gordon Mitchell's figures and has been depicted as on escort duties. A haversack and waterbottle are also available. Other Lancer regiments can easily be depicted just by changing the colour of the plastron and piping.

Apologies for the poor camera work.

    Happy modelling!

Nice work, but my comment would be the same as on the Roman.

    Hi Mike,
Really nice conversion. Is this a conversion for Gordon or a one off?
    cheers

This is a conversion for Gordon and should be available if you wanted one.

Nice. Now how about a 17th Lancer Zulu War figure in 120mm, 75mm?

    Very nice!
    Is it going commercial?
As far as I remember, only Mike French and EMI released figures of the 17th Lancers during the Zulu War.
Richie is fixing this lack of options and I hope this one is also released some day.
    Cheers, Friends!

This 200mm figure is available from Gordon Mitchell and has been for the past year.
