    Hi Paul,

I've got this primed up and base coated at the moment so it will be great to follow you on this one-I suspect the fit of the left arm and rifle is going to be tricky!?
Keep posting your WIP's they are so helpful..............Keith

If I remember right this was sculpted by a young lady. I don't know if she sculpted any others for Andrea. I painted this one years ago and I think I painted the left arm separately, painted and then attached the musket to the left arm and then attached that assembly to the torso, fiddly! The worst job was attaching the bayonet to the musket - there's only a tiny attachment point & I think I arranged the head angle so the bayonet was also in contact with the plume. I might even have fattened the plume to ensure contact.
I can't for the life of me remember what happened to the finished figure.:(

As if by strange coincidence, I recently got this as well. I haven't made a start yet as I don't have an adequate base.
Well done thus far, I'll be sure to use this thread as reference when I do get round to doing mine...
It looks pretty straight forward to build, but what you opinion on the figure's arm that hold the musket? I reckon I'll leave it off as a sub assemby and stick it on later...
    best regards mate.

Fine fellow my lad,its been a long time!
Its a nice kit from a time when Andrea were very good (in my opinion), a touch dated in some way's,some areas of the kit need a wee bit of re detailing,I made new earrings the musket could do with a revamp, so on,but regarding that arm it'll be the last thing to fit on,there is a rebate on the hip and the left breast to take the musket,it all seem's go together very well to be honest.
Thanks' looking and taking the time to post.
    Best Regards

    Hi all,
had some time with this old grumbler today,a wee fit of madness with the superglue!!
I have a fair bit tidying up to do and the base to tackle, before he's signed off to the cabinet.
    As always thanks' for looking.
