"ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2019 show:
We have a new venue for this show, it is going to be in Stafford rather than Stoke on Trent itself, we are hoping this will be for one year only, but obviously we didn’t want to lose our place on the show calendar.
The date for the show is MARCH 17th 2019- put it in your diaries.
There will a limit to table sizes for this year, all clubs will be limited to 2 tables, this is in part due to the size of the venue, and partially because of the amount of tables available.
More details to follow, and I will be sending out emails in the next couple of months, as and when my uni schedule allows.

As has been stated, this is planned to be an interim venue, as there have been significant problems with the school, sadly. We are hoping to have a new permanent venue from 2020, negotiations are currently under way!

Pity Steve the venue was just about perfect, lots of space and loads of parking.

Yes, Keith - we were very unhappy that the school were not willing to co operate with us in any way, over the next show. Considering these new academies were intended to be community resources, it seems that the school business manager has no idea how to run a business!!

This is the address for the new venue, The Riverway Centre, Riverway, Stafford ST16 3TH. As I said in my original post, this is only an interim venue.

Further details will follow, regarding access, parking, etc.

Hi guys - please note that there is a CHANGE OF DATE to the show to the 24th March 2019 - this is due to the fact that the Stafford half marathon is being held on the 17th March and the town centre will be closed off.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused over this change of date. There will be emails sent out to all traders and clubs, in due course, for bookings, etc.

Would it be possible for admin to change the date to the 24th on the header to this post, please?

Hi guys - some STOP PRESS news! One of our members has a unique collection of original artworks from COMMANDO comic books on display at the show. We are excited to announce that the creator of these artworks, Mr Ian Kennedy, will be present to talk to visitors about his iconic (for those of us of a certain age) art!

Please note that the date has changed to 24th March, due to circumstances beyond our control!!

Hello again, folks! Well, its about six week to go until our show. The floor plan is all wrapped up and things are very much under control!!

Please note the new venue in the previous posts. This is just outside the town centre, so better halves can always take in some retail therapy whilst the show is on!! Please note, also, that there will be a PF section on the Figureworld West stand, as last year, so please come and display your work. You do not have to be a member of a club to display....

We look forward to seeing friends old and new and I will keep you all aware of details, here.

Hi Folks - just putting the finishing touches to the arrangements for the show two weeks time. All traders confirmed (list to follow, soon) clubs confirmed, we should have a couple of WW2 military vehicles on site (a Dodge Carrier or Willys Jeep and Scammell breakdown truck), competition, raffle and refreshments. The will be the Figureworld West table for anyone to put their work on display and Im sure there will be a PF section there too!

As I said in a previous post, the venue is close to the town centre, so those who are so minded can also take in some retail therapy! If you are in the area, please drop by and come and say hello, we look forward to seeing everyone there.

Sorry Keith, I missed your post on parking! It was very busy but I think we managed to squeeze everyone in!! There are actually 200 spaces, on site, so about the same as the school
