Im becoming a big fan of your painting ,very impressive.I love the way you make the heraldry stand out and appear like a seperate sewn on item.
If the house next door ever comes on the market for sale let me know,i will be buying it and moving in LOL.(you`d be a very handy neighbour to have).

Only a little progress on this, got to say this is by far the most complicated kit I have ever painted. That strap on his chest is undercoated black ready for painting. Going to give 90mm a rest fror a while after this one, time for some 54mm for a change!!!

Awesome painting Hardy. The faded yellow surcoat is superb. Can't wait to see this fellow finished.

Your Good! If It was not for skills like yours I would have quit painting years ago. Then I see artistry like yours it pisses me off and I grab my paint brush and dive right back in to the fray. That face ,those eyes, superb, I must try harder!

    Wonderful work, Hardy.

Did you watch "Department S" as a kid? Peter Wyngarde would love this!

    Cheers all.

Peter Wyngarde, now thats a name from the past. A lilac cravat would really seal the deal. Ha! Hardy

Its kind of perverted how good it looks despite the enlargement of the pictures.
Not many can have their work blown up like that.
