Relic

    Here are some progress shots of a woodland indian. He will be inspecting a rusty old Scottish broadsword. It's inspired by the Griffing painting "Something Happened Here". I am changing a few details so as not to copy it outright.

    What putty did you use? Any carving involved?

    Hey Jason,

    I used magic-sculpt. I carved out the ears and did a bit of shaping to the mouth after the putty had set. The wrinkles in the forehead were added with an oval file. The whole thing represents three sessions of sculpting and one carving.
