I can only find five, and one of those is a bit suspect... guess my eyes aren't what they used to be!

If you want some clues (and cheat), have a look at my SBS.

I couldn't find all seven either, Tony - must be my 44-year old eyes and the heavy jungle vegetation. And WHAT vegetation! Simply awesome job at transforming "simple" paper into some stunningly realistic plants - thanks for sharing your techniques with us. Now I have to re-do the base for my 14th Army Brit figure ! :)

Excellent work, Tony. I said this was going to look good!
Your colouring on the foliage really works well.
Some of the same products from Empire models arrived here yesterday.
Looking forward to trying them out. Going to put some caterpillars and eggs on mine!

    Tony,
I learned a lot from your SBS and the importance of research and a historical setting. This came out beautifully.

The first person to post a pic showing all 7 butterflies wins ... nothing really.

It's a bit of fun, so give it a try!

    1. green on the pole
2.-3. 2x blue right of the slope
    4. red at the bottom of the slope on the left
    5. on the right, in the height of his butt (hint pic)
    6. red at his left foot on the yellow leave
    7. on his nose, only the tip of the wing visible, I guess he's taking his hat off carefully to punch himself in the face and catch that cheeky butterfly

It's exceptional Tony! I really like the story, his hard way up and the tranquility of the jungle with the butterflies. I like the plants and actually whenever I see well executed animals/insects, I think they are a must have!

    Thanks
    Denes

Last Clue & some outdoor pics

    Last Clue.;)

This little yellow butterfly had half his wing torn off, when glue got on my tweezers.

He's resting in the sunshine here under the weeds, where he's safe from birds.:)

I've also attached a few outdoor pics, which I've had a bit of fun editing.:D

    Cheers
