    Hi Al,

Everything is fine with me. But the painting of this figure is progressing very slow at the moment. Because I want to learn to sculpt and this is taking up a large amount of my hobby time since the beginning of the year. I will soon post some pictures here.
I have made some progress on the fur and coat but not enough to show it yet.

    Thanks for the interest.
    Regards,
    Marcel.

    Marcel,
Don't give up painting for sculpting. I think you talk to much with Willem...maybe it was wrong to go looking at Bill Horan's demonstration.

    Marc don't worry I'm still painting. ;)
Here is a little update on the figure. After blowing of the dust :p I did some corrections on the figure. I have repainted the eyes because I wasn't satisfied with them. Did some additional blending on the skin part and did some toning on of the hair. Also Added highlights and shadows on the breastplate and painted the fur around the neck. At the moment I'm working on the pattern of the jacket. But I'm not very satisfied on how its looking. Maybe I have to redo it.

Well here are the pictures and thanks for looking!

    Cheers,
    Marcel.

    Good work Marcel.
You are going with giant leaps. The middle part of the cloak at the back is the pattern that you are looking for. I like that pattern.
Now it is time to paint straight lines without any interruption in it. You have that on the front and i think that is what you don't like.
So, keep painting this way it is becoming awesome.

    Marc
