54mm female head

    Very intriguing Gordy. I'll be curious how this will differ from the male heads. I can already see a difference in how the bone structure is different. What is the subject? If you're at liberty.

    Hey Gordy!

    Good to see you in action on another head :) I was acctually thinking how it would be to sculpt a female head compared to a male head today, and how it would be different. I can already see the difference where you work more rounded cheeks and mouth area. I would think it would almost be harder to do a female as they seam to be more rounded in their faces and not so prodominant features as males do. Guess its the same with humans as it is with horses, that the stallions have much rougher faces and bigger jaw and cheek bones then the mares do. Enough rammbling Keep up the great work !

    added some bits to the brow and chin...

    morphing in the bits with flat round...

    added in the mouth...
    [IMG]

    added in some rough eyes...
    [IMG]

    let the putty get firm and then blended it...

    after some baking, defined the lips..
    [IMG]

    some defining of the eyes..
    [IMG]

    adding some more to the forehead...
