Paul ... The eyes are shades of Grey but I think my lighting is throwing the colour off. No offence mate, I really paint for the fun of it and I have still to settle on a specific style :)

    Whitney .. Many thanks (y)

Paul ... :) Thanks :) I have no life Paul so can paint as much as I like after work and sleep :)

    Alexandros ... Many thanks!!

So I have done a fair bit more to the head, Goggles are finished but I may re-paint the glass ... not sure I like it. The toque is deliberately soft so that the stiffer fabric of the coat will contrast with it ... sortathing :)

Done a bit on the coat, trying to get that look of rubberised fabric ... undecided if I like it ....

    Details! Details!

Still working on lots of stuff, used a bit of Klear mixed with water to get a sheen on the coat. All metallics are NMM.....

    Almost sorted!

Advice please! The gorget ... does the eagle and lettering need to be green? or is that golden look okay???

    :)

Looking good Mark.(y) All the gorgets that I've seen, had luminous green lettering, like this.

Think you have captured the rubberised coat very well, mixing the clear with water seems to have done the trick.
The gorget I think the lettering should be green but the eagle in gold so you are correct in what you have done.
Enjoy the work you have done on the face, very nice work indeed.

Well thats that one nearly done, whats next?

Mark, another outstanding piece of work mate, the gorget looks fine to me mate, the rubberised coat is difficult to achieve but i think you have pulled it off.

Fantastic! Love the fleshtones. Oils or acrylics?
