    Rafael,

I got to agree with the others. Really good start on this figure.
The flesh tones are spot on (something like Luca Olivieri???)'.
Great work so far, so keep posting.

Small or not, Im not gonna change anything on mine. Mostly because I dont think I will do a job good enough. But this is a flaw I can live with. :)

Rafael, I think it's looking really good. You've done a terrific job on the armor as well as the red padded armor. Not so easy a task with all those highlights and shadows that need to be applied. At least not for me!  Looking forward to seeing this completed by you.

Excellent work so far Rafael. As Jim stated you did great with those red. Your metals are also spot on. Keep up the good work.

    Rafael,

Great work. I will ask some question. You polished the cuirasses and the protection shields on his legs.
How you did that with priming. Do you prime with a brush or do you protect the polished area ? What and how do you use the protection ??

Marc, If you have a look on my previous mails you can note that I primed all the entire figure in white. Then I used Model Air Cromo 064+glossy black in the metal areas. This anwer your question?

Rafael hello. I have been watching the process over this nice figure and i think u deserve some compliments on the way it goes I like that u do always clean and disciplined painting. The metals are looking just fine , and i d like to ask after the base coat what u use to shadow and highlight these areas. Ur glesh painting is nice as always and i love the red cloth painting a lot .

Keep on working this as i am ordering the figure soon !!!!

    Thanks Rafael,

Yes i noticed that you primed the whole figure, but the metal is looking as it was polished. I coudn't find nothing that seems protect the metalparts. So that's why i asked.
Except here in Holland it is hard to get Model Colour, did you airbrushed the Model colour (it is called air).

Anyway, thanks for answering the question.

Marc, I did not airbrush the metals. I applied it directly. By the way I bought the Model Color in Coloradominiatures.com in USA.

    Thanks and best regards,

Rafael I admire your painting . I had tried to avoid metallic from vallejo because of the large pigments but your metal looks great. I already bought the cromo 64 to try it out. Have you painted the metal part cromo first then added the shadows with glossy black.Keep up the good work.

    Thanks for the tips

    David
