US volunteer cavalry guidon bearer

    This is my completed figure of a us volunteer cavalry guidon bearer circa 1862.The figure was inspired by an illustration in the Blanford Colour Series "Uniforms of the American Civil War"
    The figure is scratchbuilt with a Shenandoah head and left arm.The right arm is from the Andrea General Custer kit

    Looks pretty good from here, goodwork has paid dividends and is very convincing.

    He looks good to me, but very "clean". I don't see any weathering at the bottom of his jacket or pants for example. Also the boots looks brand new too.
