    Hi all
Just started painting Pegaso's 90mm as a Templar but i've got painters block on this figure (boredom due to impatience ) as i can't be bothered painting the rest so ,it's back to a bust or a 54mm for me,although i enjoyed painting the face.
I've started many figures, but have finished few ,especially over the last year.but have always finished the faces ,my favourite part.Old age maybe?

That face is one of the best yet that I have seen on this figure, you must finish it now, if the rest of the figure turns out the same way as the face you will have a great looking figure, how can you not want to finish this masterpiece :D
    Cheers

    Hey Brian,

I absolutely get what you're saying mate. I too get bored easily and have been drawn to busts as a result. You've done a great job on the Templar and it would be a pity if you didn't finish him to the same very high standard you've set with the face.

Fantastic result with the face Brian,i can understand what you mean about finishing the rest,if your heart aint in it you wont get the same result for the rest of the figure, maybe one day the enthusiasm will return with this figure and you will complete it.

    Brian,
This is one of the best faces i've seen done with oilpaint. One day i hope to get my faces done this way.
I also get bored sometimes and is my enthusiasm away. Then i take some books, (bill horan, danillo cartacci, HMM, Kit figure) and when i've read a whole lazy sunday afternoon, that sundayevening i'm painting again.
Going to the club will do the same job. When i come from a great figure show my enthusiasm is also on fire.
So, maybe some time's to bring that figure to a high end.
