Been many moons since I've posted anything...this is my scratchbuilt 1/9th Scale Sgt. Rock-DC Comics Hero back in the 1960's. I always loved this character and thought it would be fun to do a realistic rendering of him.......Hope you like it

Hello John, I read this comic book as a kid. I can still remember some of his squad, Bulldozer, Little Sure Shot, Ice Cream Soldier, Wildman, Jackie, Four Eyes, and Canary, to name a few. Your Sgt. Rock looks great. The likeness is just as I remember him. Will this become available, or is it a one of? I certainly hope not, would love to have one. I also remember hearing about a Sgt Rock movie being released, but haven't heard anything lately. Thanks for the memories, I still have some of the Sgt Rock comic books. Regards, SG

You've given me a flashback to my childhood... Sgt Rock was one of my favourite comic books... along with the other wartime comics mentioned above and the one about the tank haunted by the ghost of JEB Stuart... Can't remember the title of that one
Anyway, great sculpt and paint.
