    Hola all!

Here is a vignette I started after the Chicago show, being inspired by Mr. Doug Cohens Ticonderoga, albeit a bit less ambitious, non the less its plenty ambitious for me! It portrays a few guys out of the Continental Army Regular Line Infantry taking a volley from the British around 1780-1781.

It's still early, and a lot to do but you can get the picture of where it's going. Sculpted with Magic Sculpt, Heads are from Hornet, the muskets are from Michael Roberts and the hands are from the spares box.

I think that you have planned a nice setup my friend . The amount of figures for the surface of the scene makes it tight enough, adn the result will be fine !! Please do show some progress! Nice to see you around !

  6. Bravo Anders

Thaught you are distracted with horses and cowbaoys : )

Really impressive work and the plot is much well done, I like a firing line idea ... just one hint, the frizen of the musket that is being prepared to take a cartridge should be open [part of the drill]... a common mistake in many figures, only learned this from doing re-anacting myself!

Looking forward to see it painted!

    Thanks guys!

    Ivan,

Good call, I watched some period videos on loading a brown bess musket to get the poses right, but forgot to open the pan. Will try to open it up a bit, not sure how to do that without resculpting the entire lock though.

Will post more when I make some progress!

Hey buddy how are you? I'm always LATE in seeing threads :( got a handful of projects at the moment and do feel reluctant to look at the forums and post comments at the end of the day

However, this one elects the greatest praise one can get!! Bravo, I love what you're doing with this one as everyone seems to interact with one another........will follow this closely!!

    Keep safe.........
