    Hi all ... this is something I asked ken to do :)

    After Wilhelm Sauters 1940 painting.

    This is the WW1 side ... WW2 side to follow ;)

    Long way to go but the faces are almost there :)

    Sorry for the long delay all :( other commitments and a touch of laziness kept me from this project.

    I have the second part of this set and have pretty much finished the faces ... I'm again trying to ape the painting that inspired these so some areas are quiet loose ....

    anyway I plan on motoring through and finishing these quiet soon as I suspect it will be getting a tad busier in a few weeks time :)
