    Hello all fellows,
Here I present you my latest figure from Art Girona. An excellent figure indeed which was a pleasure to paint. I chose the MacLachlan clan, as you can read in the topic, a high demanding tartan, and I believe I did a great job on it.
Unfortunatelly the photography is terrible, but blame my camera for that :p
Anyway here it is, open to all comments and criticism.

    Xenofon,

You did an extremely excellent job on this figure. That Tartan is amazing.
You ask for positive critism. Well, you shoud do the eyes all over.
That's the only point for critic.
Further i wish i could paint a Tartan like you did.

Thanks a lot Jay, Marc and Artur. I have really fallen in love with tartans and surely you will see a lot more in the near future.

Artur thanks for the advice. I really need to improve my photographic skills.

Mark regarding the eyes, to be honest with you I thought that that was the only good spot on his face, but in that picture they look very bulky.
I check the figure again, and they look fine to me. They have black dot, a blue dot that leaves a thin black ring, and then a tiny black dot for the iris.
Thanks a lot for the critic and it's of course taken under consideration.

Thanks a lot JP and Roc.
There is an option for another head in the kit. I just chose this one. :)

Hi Xenofon.........you did an excellent job on the tartan but I agree with Marc regarding the eyes........maybe next time try and reduce the "white" area? Don't know maybe the quality of the pics is rendering the eyes like that? Anyway my two cents worth and hope you take it as constructive critism ;) ... I know you will

One more nice work my friend. sincewith every figure youre improving you canaim higher. The baseis looking nice and alive . Tartan is looking good also . I just a have a wondering about extreme lights (too whitish) on knees since he is wearing the skirt . Butthe total looks nice . BRAVO

Ray, Costas, Christos, Thank's a lot for your valueble comments.

Ray thanks a lot for the advice, even if the photo blurs the eyes a lot, I will give your advice a try next time.
Costas my friend, now that I see it, it looks a bit too bright, I will tone it down slightly.
    Christos Thanks :)

    Hi Xenofon,
Great figure , love the tartan , always hard to get right especially in 54 mm ...but you have got it , only comment regarding the eyes possibly reduced down , but perhaps like you say the photos are to blame !!! ..still another one I will be lookiong out for for my grey army !! ....the groundwork is really effective ...regards Kev
