What a lovely piece of work! All of it is good, but I am especially impressed with the tunic. It looks as soft as wool...great work!

For me the subtle shading of the blue & grey stands out too - great work.

beautiful work I really like the subdued colours very natural. I was particlularly impressed with the boots. Do you use oils if so how did you paint the boots.

    Great work Dave,

What a nice blue. Better than mine anyway. As we both do the same figures i'am doing now Jean Le Bon.  What is on your workbench??
Really great painting on this figure Dave.

Thanks guys for all the comments, I realy enjoyed this one, such a beautiful kit worth the toil to paint this one.

Hi Talino, sorry to disapoint, but I paint in acrylics, I suppose the equivalent to what I used would be a mix of madder brown and yellow ochre 50-50 mix then a touch of black, for the base colour, then once dry many washes of lamp black over the top, then once dry again washes of a satin coat making sure you dont go to close to the top edges and toes of the boots...

    I hope this helps

Hi Marc, I have just started the Pegaso Templar Knight, thats next
