Do you know any step by step tutorial for painting digital cammo on 1/35 or 54mm figures?

I must paint several 1:35 figures with this type of cammo and I wonder what is the best way for doing that?

What is the best way for painting acu or digital flora cammo?

How about using Shinsengumi decals or another solution?
