Hello, I started this fantastic figure by Pete Morton many months ago but finally finished it last night. I really like the relaxed pose of this one. I replaced the 1853 Enfield rifle which came with the kit for one from Reedees Miniatures which I saw at FigureWorld and thought looked good. The original got slightly damaged when removing it from the casting blocks.

    Thanks for looking!

Nice job Edward in a weird coincidence I'm doing the Michael Roberts Confederate standard bearer and I've done his blanket roll the very same colour as your mans

    Good work,
only a small detail, I would have upside down the US buckle.

    Thanks everyone.
I just painted it straight from the box. Interestingly the cartridge box has CS on it..

CS is for Confederate States the belt is obviously loot from a Union soldier ;)

I knew the cartridge box was Confederate, just thought it was odd they were different.. Thanks.

Sure, the belt is loot, usually uses the buckles upside down, to be not executed as spies, in case of capture.
    P.S. sorry for my english
