    Exactly Gary...takes originsl elements in the painting and historical record, as best as currently known, and translates into miniature with no loss of artistic quality..what a tour de force of both sculpting and painting..

    It won Best of Show at Euro in (I think) 2014.

    Some of the BoS winners at Euro in recent years have been a bit .... errr .... "controversial". But I don't think anyone would argue against this one.

    Richly deserving of every accolade that comes its way.

    To me both composition and painting reminds me of the great classic classical painters of yore.
    This is an inspiration and level I am quite willing to aim for (might need to live another 500 years to reach it, but who am I to complain, no?)
