brilliant work, i do wish though that with all the metal bits in the box, they (andrea) would give some idea as to what goes where,how and in which order

Hi Steve, thank you. I paint the metals, and most of the colors making a trip from a darken gold to the highlights.
Any metal paint by any brand, in this case golden, can be mixed with any acrylic color, brown/black for darkened for example, then the golden base color and also you can mix the same golden with a bit of silver to obtain a brilliant gold (highlight).
I did not add red to this mix this time to get the bronze look, but I usually do it to get a copper tone, for example.
If you want to get a rusty bronze you can add a bit of green very diluted to the metals when they are completely dry.
