very nice work, but why is she pointing in the air like that? (p.s. don't know the comic you refer to)

This one features on a Russian site where it explains that she's pointing upwards and saying "My eyes are up here". Very compelling
    figure - a proper film noir 'femme-fatale'.

    - "My eyes are above" - a phrase from American movies. That's right. Thank.

    - Thanks Robert!

I assume it is a "come hither" motion, the pistol might put me off somewhat though.

    Very nice figure indeed!

As for the finger, I also never read those comics, but from the image the sculpt is based on, it looks like she's kind of saying "come" (and my gun will take care of you) kind of thing...
Maybe that finger should be just slightly bent, so it would be more obvious.

    Cheers!

    It is a great sculpt!

Regarding the finger, though, if it is supposed to be the gesture for "Come here", I suggest crooking it, that is, bending it, just a little more. It's just a hair too straight for "Come here" (or "Come hither"), as we have seen by the comments.

If she's saying, "My eyes are up here", then it should be fully straight, as when we point with our forefinger.

While a quick web search on "madame mirage" turns up a ton of images, I didn't see any that depicted this particular gesture, so it looks like there's not a specific image referenced from the comics (not that I could yet find, anyway).

    Prost!

Yes, the gesture of the left hand, perhaps, differs from the graphic original shown by me above.

Nothing wrong with the finger, Vital. I had a work colleague at one time of about the same proportions (although I never saw her carrying a slab-sided .45),
who used to make the same gesture and say much the same thing whenever she noticed someone's eyes drop from her face).
