New from Sarnia Miniatures - WRAC MP

    Hi

    Here is the latest release from Sarnia Miniatures - an addition to my growing number of 'women at war' figures.

    This time a WRAC provost attached to the Royal Military Police.

    She is wearing the distinctive 'red cap' bearing the badge of the Royal Military Police, the continuation of a practice started during WW2 when WRAC wore the badges of the units they were attached to.

    Saw this at the weekend and had a nice chat about this and others in the range as well as a 'potential' future release. Really nicely cast and detailed even though (as Kev knows busts are not my 'thing') ;)

    Personally I'm not sure the style of painting shows this one off to best effect but it's great to see more sculpts of ladies appearing which aren't aimed at pubescent boys.

    "WHAT" !!!!!....busts are not your thing .......you'd paint this or any up well young Leggy

    Would have liked to see this close up , based on a Osprey plate I think

    Good to see the range expanding , certainly a wide variety of different subjects

    Wonder what "potential" rekease is ?? Mmmmm
