Ive just received these three beauties from Ross at Mitches Models, and thought I’d give you all a quick review of them.
The set consists of Bruce willis from the film ‘tears of the sun’, Mark wahlberg from ‘lone survivor’ And Bradley Cooper from ‘American Sniper’.
Firstly, the sculpt, another 3 cracking pieces of work by Pavol Offo Ove. A great likeness of the men themselves, and all the features are tremendous! Next the casting, all I can say on that subject to Ross/Gordon is well done! The cast lines are virtually non existent, and you have managed to finish up with only 1 small cast line that is towards the rear that will be invisible after clean up. Another great feature of these v bust series, is the basic level of skill required to put these together and prepare for painting. All three are cast as one piece, with only a few items of webbing/ equipment to add, this will almost definitely appeal to both the newcomer to the hobby and the experienced painter alike. I‘m sure these 3 will join the ever growing army of superb pieces, in Mitches models collection, and I would highly recommend them. If your interested give either Ross Mitchell or Gordon B. Mitchell a shout.
