    Hello friends,

This is my first animal I ever sculpted, I hope you like it. :) Well... still a lot to do.The sculpture is in 60 mm scale. Material used: bees putty and aluminium wire for the armature.
    Feel free to comment.

    Best wishes
    Georgi

Thank you Paul! :) I am still not sure..., perhaps Bedouin or Saracen warrior. I would rather say that I accept any proposal for the camel rider :)

    Cheers

Great looking skin texture and folds and the animation to represent movement.

Very well sculpted. The camel is an unusual animal in that it moves both left legs together and both right legs together, giving it a rolling gait. Other quadrapeds move diagonally opposite limbs together.

Animals are a real task , this one is excellent ( i did try one too in 20mm , mine is not so good )
The legs look more like a Horse , Camels don´t lift the legs that high , the look more straight even if the are running .
    Great Sculpting (y)

Thank you Andreas! Maybe you should try something in 54 or 75 mm, 20 mm in my opinion is real challenge.

I always think camels show a rather endearing ungainliness when they run - as if they have no business doing such a thing.
You captured this wonderfully well.... can't wait to see it complete with a rider.

Thank you Fogie! :) I hope in 2-3 weeks the rider will be ready. Meanwhile I will post some pictures during the sculpting process.
