    Couple of update pics redid the basecoats on the cap and uniform , eyes painted ..just noticed he has quite a stern face as well

    Base coated the plume/feather

    It's certainly a interesting colour scheme with the black facings and too right to Jimbo for the cap , it will look good finished ...and different ..do hope Edu fom Dolman likes it

    Due to snow shovelling ..not much done today apart from primed up all the lace with Citadels Snakebite leather and redid the red basecoat using Andrea paint set Red base.

    Hers a couple of iffy pics !!

    Bit of work on this ...finished the uniform colour it more scarlet than in pics , base coated what will be gold lacework ...not sure if to do the cross belt black leather or white ....thoughts please !!!!

    Still to do the chains on the wings as a base coat

    Judging by the pics that you've provided you could go with either, White/Black/ dark brown and you wouldn't be wrong....I would go for white myself.

    Time for a iffy pic update

    Tried painting the band with Jimbos design ..Couldn't get it looking right so off it came ..sorry mate ! ...replaced it with a more lined vesrsion

    Finshed cap and face and hair as well and also one epaulette using NMM effects.....as always it looks better in reality ...flesh a lot lighter !

    Off to start on the other

    Cue iffy pics..but you shoukd get the idea !!

    Thanks for the comment , must admit I am pleased with the wings ,halfway through the other side at the moment

    You captured the shape of the muffin spot on

    This is a piece that comes together more as the lacework gets done ...hopefully it will look good

    Once all the lacework is done I will then recheck the uniform red

    Will also get better pics these are naff!!!!
