I have been liking this 1/32nd figure from Tommy's War but never seemed to get around to getting him

.

I bought him and the officer to go with him as well so I can make a small trench scene.

Painted both the heads at the same time so I didn't waste the mix's of Artist's oils



And blocked in the base colours on the body.




That will do for today

It's Tommy's War so no need to comment on the figure,it's bound to be perfect.You are off to a great start.It is going to be a lovely vignette.Keep posting those pics.

A bit more done this morning, painted sheepskin with Ivory using a dry-brush action, then gave the whole figure a diluted Citadel Earth wash to tone the colours down.

Hi Guys I have now finished the Sgt. and also the Officer so I have added him to this thread as I didn't take any progress pics as I got carried away with the painting.
