    Hi Guys,

Here is my latest painting. I'm kind of in the groove painting wise (creative juices are flowing) so I'm taking advantage of it while I can.

Painted entirely in acrylics. Almost entirely reaper.

    Thanks for looking.

    All comments welcome.

Nice, Mike! I like the overall appearance of this one. Being an oil painter myself, I’m always surprises to see what acrylics van do.

    Hi Mike

Love the way this has been done you stay "in the groove"

Dare I ask which Reaper you used for the uniform colour ?

It's a great looking figure as well , very nicely presented

    Thanks for sharing

PS ...FOTM entry from your bench if you wish ?

Nice clean figure Mike. As per Nap, keen to hear Reaper mixes.
Thanks for sharing as not a WW1 figure I was familiar with.
Makes me want to check their catalog.

Nice one, Mike. I'm always impressed when someone can use variations on the same colour palette (khaki) that still compliments each other

Hi, fantastic work, it appears you have painted the top of the rifle, metal, when it should be wood, in case you may want to change it. Shame to have such amazing paint job spoiled by a minor painting error. Google ww1 British SMLE rifle.
    Cheers
    Warren.

Warren, great catch! I'll be repainting the top of the stock from the rear sight forward in wood this evening!
