I agree. The only part of the football I watch, is listening to the excuses when we loose.
So I probably watch quite a bit.

Last nite's game was one of the very best we've seen for a long time.

I think this is gonna be a super World Cup

Football / soccer is a game where the players try to pretend that they are injured - rugby is a game where the players try to pretend that they are not

Is the game where after a score, they all run around like a bunch of gay Zambezi warriors hugging each other?

This is the time I have promised everyone around me, especially to myself, that I will not watch one single game. So far so good.

I’m a football supporter alas Wales didn’t qualify but I’m watching selective games. I’m Stunned that Germany lost, pleased that Iceland and Switzerland drew. England played some good football this evening.

As for Murray - more success than Tim Henman but not in the same league as Federer or Nadal... he's a prima donna too.
