Hello Planeteers, yesterday Hugo give me the very first copy of GENERAL SUN TZU , 75 mm fugure.
Just want to share with you the first impressions. In my point of view just love that horse and all the dinamic of the figure.
This is not a review, I´ll let that task for someone with a more "neutral" opinion than me.

As Steve said this is a piece of ART!!!!No doubt about that.It is simply fantastic.I am no sinologist so I cannot comment on the accuracy of the arms and armour.I have a slight reservation regarding wether stirrups were available at Sun Zu's time but that does not deminish the excellent work that has been done by the sculptor and caster on this beauty.Well done RP models.

No such thing as a neutral review Paolo.....but one can always rely on RP to come up with a superb product thanks to the imagination and dedication of Hugo and his team.......this one is no exception.

About accuracy what I can say, for me, theres´s a "RATIO" beetwen Historical, acuracy, mith/legend and a small bit for the "Artistic" part, on a figure, by this order, I believe thats the only way to have fun in hour hobby.

Although this is not my "era of expertise" at all, I am tempted to buy the bust as it is the only (?) model of the legendary chinese general that I am aware of.
It is true that RP has raised the bar significantly and has set new higher standards for the quality of figures and busts.I was fortunate to buy the bust of Lord Lovat and I am still astonished by the level of detail and texture....I am pretty sure that this one will be at least at the same level if not better.....
