    Hello folks,
Here is another figure of a Spanish infantryman that i had for a long time and was waiting to be put in action.
I am making a Grenadier of the Company of Montañeces ( Mountain) , this company was formed from militias and mainly recruited Cantabros ( Moumtain) livimg in Buenos Ayres.
The company was created out of necessity like many others due to the First British Invasion of Buenos Ayres.
I am slightly modifying some areas on the uniform with brown and greenstuff.

Thanks Iñaki, with that name i am sure you are a Spaniard jajaja.
The Brits conquered half of the world at some point, not only to have lands but strategic points all over the world, that would secure the Crown's economy i guess.
Anyhow, i am glad you like it .

I did some more work that i was expecting, but it is priceless to me to be historically accurate.
    1 • Headgear,
Added fur , added the front plate ( historex spear part), added the cords and tassels , added the plume and built up the cockade

2 • i built up the bottom of the
Vest and pockets, i also extended the lapels to the edge of the coat.
3 • I added the top part for the gaiters from the knee up, i added the garters using lead foil.

4 • I clipped the opening on the cuff and added the lace.

5 • i did the same for the other cuff.

I re-primed the fig and stsrt it to work on the headgear.
Ifinished the red plume using Vallejo Hull red as a base, added the red using scale 75 Antares Red and for the top of the ume added some orange.
