WIP 28mm Eureka Early French Rev. Infantry 1791

    Hello folks,
    I had a batch of 28mm figures from Eureka tha ti have order sometime ago and yesterday decided to give them some attention rather than keep them in a box.
    I am paintimg them as grenadiers of the Regime t Royal Rousillon as they would have appeared in 1791, when they Army was still royal and look smart rather than a bunch of ragged and high spirited teenagers.
    For the uniform is going to be a white coat with crimson lapels and cuffs.
    I really don't know how many figures i will make, for now i am just working on these 4, perhaps i will make a company of 20 or more, including fusiliers in the 1791 casque.

    For the white i have primed the figures with self etching primer, then i added a coat of Army painter Skeleton Bone, i wash the white coat with Army painter strong tone.
    Tje base color of the hats are done in Vallejo german grey, the face color is citadel Tallarn Flesh with vallejo skin wash
    As for the crimson , i mixed vallejo flat red and scale 75 Fusccia.

    Agree a nice choice of colours ..what I like particularly is the way the "wizard of the whites"can get variation in colours ...no matter what they are ....uniform or facings ...

    Carry on Daniel ...nice pom-poms and curls by the way
