Greetings.
This will be my first attempt at a BUST. C/Sgt Bourne as played by Nigel Green in the film Zulu but you all know that anyway.
Its a 1/9th Scale 200mm V Bust by Pavol Ovecka ( Offo) with the addition of the left arm and Duty book by our very own Jimbo. He will be painted as per the film so not historically correct but we knew this when we started. The Bust is all in one piece so that my bring me some problems so lets wait and see.
The Bust will be painted in Vallejo acrylics.
Please feel free to comment and offer advice as to how it could be improved.

No, I purchased the bust at Euro and gave it to Jimbo who put the arm an Duty Book on for me.

Just a thought with this bust . Maybe M. M. M. will / could re-vant their bust of Colour / Segt Bourne , to copy your idea ?
Being like they did with "Pt H . Hook".

Hi,
Just a few progress pics Blocked out tunic , sash, face , and hair. just to give me an idea of how the shadows fall etc.
Will start on the helmet today and work down the bust.
