    I use a combination of:
    Burnt sienna
    Raw Umber
    Tittanium White
    Cadmium Red Deep
    Burnt umber
    Brown madder
    Raw sienna

    Brian thanks for that info, just about to paint a face so you have some colours in there that I haven't used and I will give them a go, I usually try to do a face in one sitting but it can take me 5-6 hours, however I see from your wording that you will go back and add to a face I will try that also.

    Hi Terry
    I used to try a do a face in one sitting,but it did'nt suit me,because with oils they tend to look different the following day,so I normally do it in 2 or 3 sessions,plus I don't like working with too many colours at the same time
