    Hello folks,
    Just finished this Topographical engineer.
They were not part of the fighting force and wer einncharge of study the terrain and geography and maps of the area.
They had a special uniform which consisted of a dark blue coat, with turnbacks , Aurora lapels and cuffs and silver lace and buttons .
The figure is a conversion from a mounted british officer from front rank, the legs were transferred from a spare figure from trident.

Very well painted figures, and the scale is so so small.
Also, an excellent lens you have on that camera. . . or
is that a shot from your cell phone? ;)

Wonderful paintjob! And to Echo Nap, it's always great to have the history/story behind the subject.

Marvellous. Interesting that the facing colours were retained during the Napoleonic era.

you are very welcome Nap, i think it gives a different meaning when you add some background to a figure you are working on, at lest for me it makes it more enjoyable.
    Best regards

Nicely done. FYI, there is a small white line next to the turn back in Photo 3. Just an observation.

I have fixed the little oops, and of course i end up outlining most of the figure and retouch some areas.
