    Hello again...

In first place I want to ask appollogies for the delay answer... But we are cruise to change the errors of the figure... All studio did a journey of 4 days that ends today at 3:50... People are sleeping at the moment... LOL... LOL... LOL...

For me, when I saw all the comments I was affraid... The information of this Regiment is very poor... Almost none... We readed, talked with some experts from Napoleon Period, and the information is almost none... But we like the character... We know we will do mistakes... But we know we have people like you that believe and us and support us... People that we can always count... People that are always there ro help you, and once more, this turn people are there...

I received many inputs and information... And Im very HAPPPPYYYYYYYY... We have some errors in the figure, but we have so many reserves, so many reserves, that I wouldnt have pieces enough for all people... People dont see the piece and already ask to reserve... How can this is possible... But people told me, '(...) we trust in your work... The final result its always amazing.' What can I say... Im in shock... LOL... LOL... This is a big responsability... I have a big weight in my shoulders... So lets work... but he have to be fiel to all principles... And the 75mm figure will be a Limited Edition of 300 pieces... Im so sorry for any inconvenience...

    And the result is this...
    render 75 mm 3.jpg

    render 75mm 2.jpg

And the result of the bust is this one...

    render 100 mm 2.jpg

    render 100 mm 1.jpg

    render 100 mm 4.jpg

    render 100 mm 3.jpg

About the shako, we based in this paint...

    Foto6.jpg

I receive some comments asked me about the sword... When we did our search... We saw there are many information available... Many information available is in paints... And the quality isnt the best... This information from this Regiment is almost none... The life of the Regiment is very small... Just a couple of years... The paints there are available tell us just one part of the period... Maybe in the end of the Regiment life they use something different... There are some Dromedaires regiments... All they use the same gear and equiment? There are nothing register about this... To telling the true, its much easier to do characters with photos... LOL... LOL... But we have the accept the challenge and difficulties... And we have to keep fighting... For us the important its accuracy, moviment, action and the details... And I thing we have all this emotions and feeling in this figure... We change the shako, take out the 'Imperial Eagle', and change the sabretach...

About the musket... I already told because we puted in the rifgt sight... Before we lauch the figure, we put the figure in a moviment software... And when we puted the figure in software, we find out the spear when penetrate in the enemy, the moviment to take out the spear isnt good because the rifle... And we puted in the other side because of that... But people can change the side... There are no problem...

I feel a very proud men... Ive so many people that believe in RPmodels and believe in our work, that I teh work THANK YOU is an empty word for express my feelings and everthing that all of you did for us...

    THANK YOU FOR EVERTHING
    Best regards
    Hugo Pereira

    Hugo,

There is no need to apologise. I thought your original figure was excellent and a real joy for figure painters of the Napoleonic period. As for the supposed "errors" I was not at all concerned about them - as you say there is very little information on this short lived regiment, and sources are often contradictory. In reality we don't know exactly what this regiment wore and I am sure their were variations between individual soldiers. We cannot be pedantic about these matters.

I thought you did an outstanding job, and I agree with the musket being on the left side -as it is. It makes sense when using the lance, and soldiers will always adjust equipment to best suit them. You and your team should be very happy and are to be congratulated on producing what is an exciting and what will be an iconic figure. Just brilliant.

    Best wishes
    Chris.

    Hello Mr. Ben

I ask you appollogies for the delay answer... I hope you dont boried with us...

Thank you for comment... But infortunally I will just have a Limited Edition of 200 1/9 Bust and 300 75mm Figure... But the 75mm is almost Out of Stock... I juts have a few... And people after saw the last photos start to do reserves... And I receive many messages and emails to ask to reserve...

For now, I dont pretend to do 120mm figures... The 3D print its very, but very expensive... So Ive to wait a little bit... But in the future, I would like and I believe it will be very interesting develop 120mm figures, but I ve to wait a little bit...
