Please do forgive the awful photography. What doesn't help is that I've lost my back ground cloth. A poor excuse, but the one I'm sticking with.
This is a 75mm conversion. Took a lot of work, but I am generally happy with the result. The colours in the photo have come out true, save the the sash around his waist. It isn't pink in real life.
Any and all comments welcome. Especially the nice ones....

Good painting. ¿What did you convert? I don't know wich miniature is the original, and don't identificate the putty work. Likes me the weathering and the flag a lot.
Looks like that the bush/grass is not painted. Give them some paint; the attention goes to them and remove prominence to the figure. I think a little more of contrast in the red jacket may work

Nice Job all round . I like the look of the Colour Its nice to see one that
appears to be the correct size. They were rather large then.
It was after the Crimean war that the Colours started to get
    smaller.
    Well done Mick

    Sorry
Just one point I can't see a sword belt
    or sword ?
An Ensign would have carried one.

Fellas, thanks for all the kind comments
It's a slight conversion from the Imperial Gallery figure.

Dear Mick - you are correct of course, I can assure you there is a sword, but it only protrudes a little bit under the bag he carries. It's just not visible in the pictures!

Took a lot of work this one - the flag really was a case of doing it/correcting it/re-doing/re-correcting....
I like the end result though and that's what counts.
