WIP KGL - 5th Ln Battalion - La Haye Sainte - Waterloo 1815

    Following a short illness with Gastroenteritis,i've managed to get back to the bench to complete some more of this latest project,in the last post I painted the shako and flesh colours,now I've moved on to the collar and epaulettes / wings,i've completed these in my usual way with oils over acrylics.
    I've also blocked in the basic acrylic red for the tunic using Scale Colour 'Antares Red',i will apply one more thin coat over this later and start the painting of the tunic tomorrow,weathering to the flesh and uniform I will complete once everything is painted.
    Hopefully now I will be able to update again soon.

    Glad your better as it's a nasty illness. I got it badly when I was a kid and ever since anythign I eat which is not 100% fine reappears within 2 hours.

    I'm also glad to see another masterpiece come to life.
