This was a bit of a rescue from the Super Snadd cast off pile .
Gave it a 2hour bath in Dels magic elixir " not to be taken internally"
Off came all the paint as if by magic and it polished it as well , he now looks as if he has never been
in the half painted shelf :D

You might consider bootlegging some of that 'elixir'. I think you would have a steady market just amongst us !

First you gotta get the right music Billy :D then you get some of this IMG_1448.JPG pop the figure in a bath of dettol ,a couple of hours or less even and you got a shiny new figure .
And the whole hoose smells like a hospital ward .
This is one of Dels brighter ideas :)

He was a tired old chap before his Dettol bath .

My dear old dad said that Michael jackson bathed in dettol to get his skin white , he might have just been right

The question I have to ask is whether it will take oil paint off?

Mick, you shouldn't have any problems, but do keep an eye on it to check. Dettol works fine on resin and metals, but haven't tried it on polyethylene figures like 'Victrix'.

Over on the Mil Mod site the Tankie's swear by Fairy power spray, for the plastic and resin. I have not tried this method though.
